Returns Information

1. Who this is for

This information is for individual buyers who bought goods from ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ НАУЧНО-ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННАЯ КОМПАНИЯ "ЭЛМИКА" for personal use. For companies and sole traders, returns of goods of proper quality are by agreement; goods of improper quality are handled under the law and the contract.

2. Goods of proper quality

You may withdraw at any time before delivery and within seven days after it (art. 26.1(4) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act), provided the goods are in saleable condition with their consumer properties and proof of purchase intact; lacking the receipt, you may rely on other evidence of purchase. If this information was not given to you in writing on delivery, the period is three months.

3. What cannot be returned

Goods of proper quality with individually determined properties that only you can use — in particular rods, sheets, tubes and other stock cut to your dimensions — cannot be returned.

4. How to return

Send a return request to sale@elmica.ru marked «Возврат», or by post to 344009, г. Ростов-на-Дону, пр-т Шолохова, д. 203, а/я 6351, with the order number and date, the goods and quantity, the reason and your bank details for the refund. Bring the goods to the pickup point they came from or to an address agreed with the manager; the cost of returning them is yours.

5. Refund

The money is refunded within ten days of the request, less the Seller's cost of bringing back the returned goods, by the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Goods of improper quality

If the goods are defective you may choose a replacement, a price reduction, free repair or reimbursement of repair costs, or withdraw and have the price refunded (art. 18 of the Act), within the periods set by arts. 20–22; a refund is made within ten days. On withdrawal for a defect the full price is refunded and the Seller bears the cost of return.
