User Agreement
Version 3.1, in force from 14 September 2026
1. General provisions
This User Agreement governs relations between ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ НАУЧНО-ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННАЯ КОМПАНИЯ "ЭЛМИКА", OGRN 1056166031954, INN 6166053223, Ростовская область, г.о. город Новочеркасск, г. Новочеркасск, ш. Харьковское, д. 10, помещ. 48, этаж 1, 346404 ("the Operator") and users of https://elmica.ru ("the Site") when using the Site and the customer account. It is accepted on registration — the registration form carries the notice "By registering you accept the User Agreement." with a link to it; using the Site without registering means accepting sections 3–6. Sales are governed by the Public Offer (https://elmica.ru/en/public-offer); personal data by the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://elmica.ru/en/privacy-policy) and the consents given separately.
2. Registration and the account
Registration requires an email address at a Russian mail service; orders cannot be placed until the address is confirmed. The account type (individual, sole trader, company) is chosen at registration and cannot be changed, as it decides the order documents. You undertake to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself and report unauthorised access promptly. You may delete the account at any time from the profile page; the Operator may block an account for breach of this Agreement, suspected misuse or knowingly false information.
3. Information on the Site
Reference material on the Site — material descriptions, technical data, catalogues — is for information; confirm actual values, suitability and supply terms with the Operator's specialists. The Operator does not warrant completeness or absolute accuracy and is not liable for losses from relying on reference information without such confirmation, nor for third-party sites linked from the Site. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Site belongs to the Operator and is protected by Russian law. Copying, reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
5. Prohibited actions
Unlawful use, attempts at unauthorised access, automated scraping and actions placing an excessive load on the infrastructure are prohibited.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy and your consents: to personal data processing (https://elmica.ru/en/personal-data-consent) and, if given, to newsletters (https://elmica.ru/en/mailing-consent). Cookies are used under the Cookie Policy (https://elmica.ru/en/cookie-policy).
7. Governing law
Russian law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the court at the Operator's location, unless mandatory rules — including consumer protection rules — provide otherwise.
8. Changes
The Operator may amend this Agreement; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the Site after publication means accepting it. Questions: sale@elmica.ru.
