Cookie Policy

1. Scope

Entries in localStorage and sessionStorage are treated as cookies; the table below names the type of each.

2. Categories

Necessary — security, sign-in, the cart and checkout, and storing your cookie choice. Set without separate consent, as the Site cannot work without them (clause 5, part 1, art. 6), and never used for analytics.

Functional — remember the city you chose, which decides the stock and delivery calculation. Set only with consent.

Marketing and analytics — the Operator's own visit statistics and click map, from which, with the referrers, it measures its marketing. Also the Yandex.Metrica counter provided by YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021), with Webvisor session recording, which sets its own cookies and processes visit data on the Operator's instructions inside Russia. Set only with consent. No advertising pixels, profiling or sharing with ad networks.

3. What is collected

Analytics cookies process cookie identifiers; the IP address (truncated in the Operator's own statistics); browser, OS and device; referrer; pages viewed; date and time; on-page actions — on the basis of consent, under the Policy at https://elmica.ru/en/privacy-policy.

4. Transfer and storage

The Operator's own statistics are kept on its servers in Russia for one year and then deleted automatically. Data collected by Yandex.Metrica is processed by YANDEX LLC on the Operator's instructions and stored in Russia for the period set by the service's terms. No cross-border transfer takes place. Each browser entry's lifetime is given in the table.

5. The cookie banner

On your first visit the Site shows a banner at the foot of the page, "We use cookies": "Cookies help this site work, analyse how it is used and support marketing effectiveness. You can change your cookie settings at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details." It offers "Cookie settings", "Necessary only" and "Accept all", with refusal and acceptance equally prominent; closing it with the cross means necessary cookies only. "Cookie settings" and "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page open the "Cookie settings" window, where "Functional" and "Marketing and analytics" can be switched on or off and saved; "Necessary" is always on, and closing the window without saving gives no consent. Until you consent, optional categories do not run and create no identifiers, and the Yandex.Metrica code is not loaded — it loads only after "Accept all" or after "Marketing and analytics" is switched on. Your choice, its date and the inventory version are stored in your browser as the record of consent; when the cookie list or its description changes, you are asked again.

6. How to refuse

Press "Necessary only" in the banner or close it with the cross; or open "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page at any time and withdraw — collection stops at once and the identifiers of refused categories are deleted from your browser; or use Yandex's opt-out tool at https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html; or delete and block cookies in your browser (blocking necessary cookies makes sign-in and ordering impossible); or ask at am@elmica.ru or sale@elmica.ru for collected data to be deleted. The Operator cannot change the choice stored in your browser — that is done under "Cookie settings".

7. Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy; a new version applies from publication. The full cookie list with purposes and lifetimes is in the table below and is generated from the Site's own configuration.
