Text of the consent

By ticking "I agree to receive news and special offers" at checkout, at registration or in my account on https://elmica.ru, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, under part 1, art. 18 of the Advertising Act (38-FZ) and articles 9 and 15 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, give the operator — ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ НАУЧНО-ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННАЯ КОМПАНИЯ "ЭЛМИКА", OGRN 1056166031954, INN 6166053223, Ростовская область, г.о. город Новочеркасск, г. Харьковское, д. 10, помещ. 48, этаж 1, 346404 — consent: (1) to receive at my email address information and advertising messages about the Operator's goods, prices, promotions, special offers and news; (2) to the processing, for that purpose, of my name and email address; (3) by collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, deletion and destruction, by automated means, with the data stored in the Site's database on the servers of BEGET LLC (INN 7801451618, St Petersburg) and in the corporate email of YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021), in Russia, and passed to no one else.

The consent lasts until withdrawn. I can unsubscribe at any time by unticking it in my account, by replying to a newsletter, or by writing to am@elmica.ru or sale@elmica.ru; mailing and processing for this purpose then stop immediately (part 2, art. 15 of 152-FZ). This consent is not a condition of buying or ordering, and refusing it does not affect my orders. Newsletters go only to people who gave it.
