Consent to Personal Data Processing

Text of the consent

By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms of the Consent and have read the Personal Data Processing Policy" when placing an order, registering an account or sending an enquiry through the feedback form on https://elmica.ru, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, under article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, give the operator — ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ НАУЧНО-ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННАЯ КОМПАНИЯ "ЭЛМИКА", OGRN 1056166031954, INN 6166053223, Ростовская область, г.о. город Новочеркасск, г. Новочеркасск, ш. Харьковское, д. 10, помещ. 48, этаж 1, 346404 ("the Operator") — consent to process my personal data as follows.

Purposes: placing, confirming and fulfilling orders, concluding and performing the sale contract, payment, delivery, returns and refunds, claims; registering and running the account, confirming the email address, restoring access; handling enquiries and contacting me about orders.

Data: full name; telephone; email; delivery address or collection point; account login; orders and payments; the enquiry; for sole traders — INN, OGRNIP, addresses, bank details; for company representatives — the company's name and details (INN, KPP, OGRN, addresses, bank details) and position.

Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, automated and manual, including over the Internet.

Transfer: to CDEK and Dellin (Delovye Linii) or another carrier I choose, for delivery; to the bank holding the Operator's account and the fiscal data operator, for payment, refunds and receipts; to the DaData service, an INN and BIC to fill in details from the public registers; and to processors acting on the Operator's instructions — BEGET LLC (INN 7801451618, St Petersburg) (hosting) and YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021) (corporate email), VK LLC (INN 7743001840, 39 bld. 79 Leningradsky Ave., Moscow 125167) (the Site's own letters). No cross-border transfer; databases are in Russia. Processing of site-visit data by Yandex.Metrica takes place only with separate consent to "Marketing and analytics" in the cookie banner and is withdrawn there.

Duration and withdrawal: until the purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn; order data is kept for the statutory accounting periods. Withdraw by writing to 344009, г. Ростов-на-Дону, пр-т Шолохова, д. 203, а/я 6351 or am@elmica.ru or sale@elmica.ru. After withdrawal the Operator may continue processing on the grounds in clauses 2–11, part 1, art. 6 of the Law, in particular to perform a concluded contract and statutory duties (part 2, art. 9).

I confirm that I have read the Policy at https://elmica.ru/en/privacy-policy, that my data is accurate, and that I am authorised to provide any third party's details I give. This consent does not include consent to newsletters, which is given separately and is never a condition of ordering.

Where consent is requested

Each consent is a separate, unticked box and is never bundled with other documents (part 4, art. 9): the feedback form — "I consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms of the Consent and have read the Personal Data Processing Policy", without which it is not sent; registration — the same box, plus the optional "I agree to receive news and special offers" and the notice "By registering you accept the User Agreement."; checkout — "I agree to the terms of the Public Offer" and the personal-data box, both required, plus the optional newsletter box; sign-in, password reset and the profile — a link to the Policy beside the form; cookies — the banner described in the Cookie Policy. The fact, date and text version of each consent are recorded on the Operator's server.
